Account Manager - The National Women's Show

National Event Management Inc. (www.nationalevent.com) based in Markham, Ontario is one of Canada's largest and leading producers of consumer events. We are now seeking a motivated, experienced Account Manager to join the National Women's Show sales team, selling exhibit space in our flagship Toronto show. This challenging role offers sales potential in many diverse industries that encompass every aspect of a woman's life. This position is primarily an inside sales role, with some local sales calls and outside lead generation required. Travel to other NEM events across Canada is available but not a requirement for this role. Candidates must be confident closers, with no reluctance to initiate sales calls. Strong telephone sales skills are needed to work on building relationships with new and existing clients. Event experience and sales of advertising mediums will be an asset. Candidates should have outstanding verbal skills and excellent sales writing skills to follow up with correspondence to clients. Must be goal focused and enjoy working in a team environment.

National Event Management produces over 38 annual events, and is a privately owned organization with appx 30 full time employees. Compensation will be base salary, plus bonuses, based on individual and team sales achieved, plus an available benefit package.
